Ihre Aufgaben:
 

 

  • Deliver agreed KPI`s for:
    - Sales revenue
    - Product margin (cost ownership and resale influence)
    - ROI for inventory
    - Exclusive Brand share
  • Execute the European product range strategy (exclusive brand) across geographic areas, aligned with the overall catagory strategy
  • Develop and optimize competitive and adapted ranges of products in conjunction with our local product teams
  • Optimize profitability of the exclusive brand through improved cost management, supplier negotiation, and pricing expertise
  • Manage the product life cycle (product creation / management of obsolescence / improvements)
  • Manage product line data (commercial and operational) working with the data teams in the group and locally
  • Select, negotiate, and manage the supplier / manufacturer portfolio
  • Support and / or management of Tenders in collaboration with our Sourcing manager
  • Be reponsible for the quality of the product. Provide all relevant information to the quality manager for quality control, evaluation, certification, ...
  • Coordination of marketing materials, catalogues or specific promotion / communication projects working with the marketing teams across the Goup
  • Encourage and develop effective communication within the company, ensuring close relationships with all interdependent departments, especially sales and marketing
  • Conduct training on product for both customers and sales teams
Ihr Profil:
 

 

  • Knowledge with Personal Protection Equipment
  • Have English language fluency, with additional European languages advantageous
  • Have strong communication and presentational skills
  • Have a strong commercial acumen
  • Able to work and influence remotely as needed
  • Experience in Personal Projection Equipment - 5 years minimum
  • Understanding of industrial distribution with experience in multinational businesses
  • Desired but not required: background in development of private label products
  • Strong commercial background with experience in contractual negotiations and supplier selection
